FROM A PARIS BALCONY

Delighted to share the title of my third novel with you. It is going to be called FROM A PARIS BALCONY and will be released with Lake Union Publishing in October 2016. Having the title in place is a gorgeous thing- next will be cover designs. I adore all the creative aspects of producing a novel. One of the most rewarding parts of the process is working with talented cover designers and editors. As people work together, the entire thing begins to take shape. As for me, I had better get back to the final edits on the book- then next week it will all be about getting stuck into book four!

      Hi Patrice,
Thank you so much-it won’t be long until From A Paris Balcony is out- I think the time will go fast as the year spins by!
      Best wishes,
      Ella, xx

I love your writing style and of course the book “A Paris Time Capsule”. You are so blessed to be doing something you love and are obviously very good at. I have had some poetry published as part of a creative writing class I took years ago. The instructor and the students received the John F Kennedy Award for Journalism in 1991. The reason I state this is I know I have a knack for writing, I just need to research the way to get a book published as well as starting the process of writing the book. I can’t wait for your next book. God bless you.

      Hi Martha,
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m so pleased that you enjoyed Paris Time Capsule. It sounds like you have an interesting journey ahead with your writing! All the best with it,
      Ella xx

I finished reading The House by the Lake this morning and promptly ordered Paris Time Capsule, which I will start reading today. Of course, I had to look up Marthe’s name and read about her history and the apartment in Paris. If the Paris Time Capsule is anywhere as fascinating as House, you have a dedicated reader who will read all your books.

      Hi Judy,
Thank you for getting in touch. Marthe is a fascinating character- the history of courtesans in Paris has all but been lost, so the discovery of Marthe’s apartment was most important. I hope you enjoy Paris Time Capsule- thanks so much for calling in here.
      Best,
      Ella.

I read the House by the Lake and just downloaded Paris Time Capsule. A friend told me that Paris was the first in a sequel and House is the second in a series of three. Is this true–and is Paris from a Balcony the third in the series? We will be discussing House at our next book club meeting.

    Ella,

I just wanted to say I loved all 3 of your books in the Paris series. I cannot tell you how much each one threw me off, and how captivated and thrilled at what happen in the lives of all the characters! Thank you so much! You are a wonderful author. I will miss Cat, Anna, Sarah, Isabella, Marthre, Louisa, and all their counterparts! Truly a lovely storey!

    Susan
